This year is our inaugural "DAY RETREAT" as we celebrate our ancestors, our elders, some beloved authors & sisters in wellness.  Unlike past years, this is a daytime event ONLY, LODGING is NOT included! There are plenty of hotels and airbnb's in the city and surrounding areas. If you require lodging please check the following locations (Clarksville, Springfield, Ashland City, Joelton, Nashville Tennessee or Oak Grove & Hopkinsville Kentucky).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

1. All participants will agree to sign liability and waiver forms during check-in in order to participate.

2. You must be 18 years or older to attend our events. Valid id check will occur during check-in.

3. Non-refundable deposit will hold your space. If you are using installments to pay for the event ALL BALANCES must be paid on or prior to May 15th @ 12 midnight. Please make payments monthly. Upon receipt of your final payment, the registration system will auto-generate your final payment confirmation.
if you fail to make your final payment by May 15th 12 midnight, we will charge your card for the remaining balance. If the card you have on file does NOT process your balance, you will still be held liable for the final balance. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Accounts not paid will forfeit all monies and reservations. NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE

CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONING POLICY:
Sacred Waters Retreat L.L.C., will not issue any refunds, coupons, credits or discounts for late arrivals, early departures, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness, natural disaster, pandemic, or the like. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions. We highly suggest that you purchase travel insurance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstances is to purchase travel insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case:

you cancel your participation in the retreat for whatever reason
retreat is cancelled due to late arrivals, early departures, weather, natural disaster, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness, family emergency, natural disaster, pandemic, or the like
lost baggage
medical expenses should you become ill or injured

We encourage you to purchase travel insurance while registering. Please read the terms and conditions of these recommended travel protection companies.

Should I Get Travel Insurance?
Travel insurance is not mandatory however we highly recommend you do purchase it, particularly during this climate and/or if you have a pre-existing condition. If you choose to do so, we suggest that you add “cancel for any reason” or “cancel for work reasons” to your policy.

Although normal trip cancellation will cover you for illness or injury, or for a travel companion’s illness, injury or death, it is limited to these. With “cancel for any reason” you will receive a percentage (usually 75%-100%) of all pre-paid costs. With this coverage if something comes up, a wedding, a new job opportunity, virus outbreak etc. or if the organizers have to cancel due to weather, staff injury or illness or other unforeseen reasons, you will be covered.

IF SACRED WATERS RETREAT L.L.C. CANCELS or POSTPONES:

Sacred Waters Retreat L.L.C. will only cancel or postpone an event if:
natural disaster
illness, pandemics, and the like
founders have a family emergency (sickness, death etc)
A government shut down, closure, or anything that is out of our control
any act of the GOD/GODDESS

UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES WE WOULD:
not issue refunds for any reason, all fees & payments are non-refundable. All accounts will be extended to a new event time and date.
registered participants with accounts that are paid in full will maintain priority reservations for any new retreat dates or events in the future.
if you cannot attend the retreat for any reason, your ticket is transferable to another person or you can transfer your balance to any of our upcoming events.

When do you publish the welcome packet & schedule?

We generally do not publish the final schedule on our website, it is only for confirmed retreat attendees. However the activities listed on the main page will be included in your itinerary, barring any changes not under your retreat hosts’ control. Kindly contact your retreat host for more information.

You agree that neither Retreat Hosts, nor our partners or vendors will be liable or responsible for a cancelled retreat for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of civil or military authority, national emergencies, fire, mechanical breakdown, flood or catastrophe, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, insurrection, war, riots, or failure of transportation, communication, or power supply.

Retreat Hosts in their sole discretion reserves the right to cancel a retreat for attendees’ safety, act of God, government policies or any unforeseeable reason. Upon the occurrence of such cancellation, the Retreat Host will provide a credit for a future retreat, valid for up to one year. Due to the current climate, we strongly encourage attendees to purchase “Cancel For Any Reason” or “Cancel for Work” insurance.
